2008 Hot Toy New Trends
All the toy companies trying to grow stagnant market turnover 22000000000, they want to know what toys are “hot” is designed for a year. Toy trends for the year is always heavily influenced by the films released this year. This year has some great icons vying to our attention – Indiana Jones, Hulk, Iron Man and Batman. In addition to these superheroes, the hot toy trends for the year 2008, dinosaurs, robots, musical toys and of course the web-related toys!

1st Web Connected Toys

2nd Dinosaur toy dinosaurs are around for some time (remember the very recent Pleo?), But they have certainly made its presence at Toy Fair! Here is a dinosaur that was hard to miss – Kota Triceratops from Playskool. 3rd Indiana Jones Toys
HasbroIndiana Jones expects something very forward to this year. Movie Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is scheduled for one of the hot movies in 2008. No wonder, then, that Lego, Hasbro and the rest of the Indy jumped off the train! The primer film is not yet fully understood. Still, Lego Indiana Jones was a wonderful troops. Indiana Jones LEGO sets include Indiana Jones Temple Escape, Indiana Jones rush Stolen Treasure, Indiana Jones and the lost tomb and the Indiana Jones Motorcycle Chase. Some of the Hasbro Indiana Jones Mr. Potato Head offer includes: taters of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones Sound FX Whip Indiana Jones and the figurines, of course.
4th Science and Nature Related Toys
Jakks Pacific have seen a variety of nature and science kits, toys topic at this year’s Toy Fair. Elmers (gum company) had some really cool science kits represented by Bill Nye, science guy. Scientific passengers forced to offer a fun kits, where children can experiment with fun things like bubbles, perfumes, volcanoes and much more. Biggie category of research is nothing more than EyeClops from Jakks Pacific, which are updated versions (read night view and higher magnification) are available. Even Uncle Milton Ant Farm was to pay tribute, some cool Indiana Jones-based products.
5th Batman – The Dark Knight Toys
MattelThe the new Batman movie The Dark Knight is scheduled for later this year. Mattel has a number of Batman-related toys and dolls in the sleeves. Stealth Batmobile and the Wayne Tech Tri Fire Blaster are must haves. In addition to these two possibilities are many RPG’s, and Mattel Batman figurines. Lego also has some great Batman themed construction sets to release later this year.
6th Speed Racer Toys
Mattel Speed Racer is the second major film franchise, which is a great composition of Mattel toys. I know that offer Morph Mach 6 Hot Wheels vehicle and a helmet and an interactive Speed Racer Sky Jump Track Set is a toy vehicles, among other things. 8th Iron Man Toys
HasbroHasbro has a fantastic range of action figures for “Iron Man” is based. This is the second film franchise, which this year is popular with Marvel fans.
9th Green Toys
It is no wonder that everyone can play focusing on a healthy and safe this year. “Green” theme is predominant in many toy companies to promote their environmentally friendly products. Toy manufacturers, which I really liked was the plan of the toys in Indonesia, where he had a wonderful lineup of natural wooden toys. There were some toys made from recycled milk bottles from the company called Green Toys made. They drank tea sets, garden sets and sand on the beach is on the screen, which looked very tempting. 11th Music Games
KID playing musical based on the designs of recent years, really grown in popularity. Remember Piano Wizard Piano Made Easy, I can not play Guitar, Guitar Hero, and other toys, like? This, along with music, games, and celebrities such as Hannah Montana hit TV shows like American Idol practically dominated the musical scene in Toy. This year the trend of some more Hannah Montana toys, new games, DVDs American Idol (KIDDesigns start an awesome American Idol DVD game) and much more. Stay tuned. (No pun intended)

Last but not least, classic toys is at the forefront. This year, many were celebrating their traditional dates. Hasbro My Little Pony celebrates its 25th Birthday with a nice birthday celebration at Hasbro showroom, with a cake to cut! Cabbage Patch Kids is celebrating its 25th anniversary as well. Lego brick is celebrating its 50th Birthday with a commemorative gold. Other trademarks are celebrating this year include the Scholastic’s Clifford, big red dog, wham-o Toy Company, and Mary Meyer (turning, which is 75 this year). We congratulate Mr. Potato Head Hasbro wind, who turns 80 this year. Way to go!
